Kareem, That was very passionately spoken my friend. It is crazy how people try to turn a business like MLM into J-O-B structures. I got in this thing for the freedom to do as I please & to get as far away from those attitudes as possible. I fired my boss 2 weeks before Christmas because I didn’t like his attitude. Now I am my own Boss & cannot be fired!!! True indeed that I am in business for myself man, but fortunately I am not in busiiness by myself. I am surrounded with a group of individuals that help each other build our businesses. Most people that come into this industry will be by themselves unless they get plugged in like you & I. We have a system that allows us to attract like minded individuals that will go out of their way to help others succeed. This is the beauty of MLM & Network Marketing. I certainly enjoyed your video my friend & will be back to see more. Thanks for all that you do man!

Wow, I could see the anger and it is true, if someone wanted to be fired, then they would have stayed in corporate America! I think power and leadership gets to some people’s heads and makes them overtrip. I feel like if they weren’t working out, you simply try and find their strengths but it is mad rude to say you fired them, you control your destiny, and what you want in it!

Heard you Loud n Clear. You better calm down before you blow a blood vessel my friend.LOL But your right there isn’t any firing unless you decide to quit on yourself. We are running a business. Its just that plain and simple. People do need to be treated like the human being that they are; IF they have a head on their shoulders. But even those who don’t know how to act should probably still be given the same common courtesy. Great powerful video Kareem, but take it easy before you have to seek Anger Management classes. LOL.

Another powerful and passionate post, or should I better say video! It is great fact that no one can fire you when you are your own boss, it is the best feeling. There are so many benefits to working on your own and not having anyone you should be responsible to, as it would happen in some company, where even a less competent person could be your boss, which is not motivating at all!
