Are You Giving Your Business Partners The Respect They Deserve?
Are You Giving Your Business Partners The Respect They Deserve?
In this video I want to talk about leaders giving there business partners the respect they deserve for there hard work in the business. It is very very important to make sure you are going over the top with recognition because people will die for that. I shot a short Video on this subject because I feel it needs to be touched on. Please make sure you comment on this blog post and make sure you give an example of a time where you was not recognized for something that you did and you should have been.
Why Is It Important To Give Your Business Partners The Respect They Deserve?
It is super important to give your business partners the respect they deserve along with the recognition they deserve because its the right thing to do. In the job world people are worked super hard and treated like trash. This is not cool at all. A dog deserve proper respect and you as a business owner and as a human should treat people how you would like to be treated. My mother always told me that if you treat people like dirt then please believe they are going to turn around and do the same thing to you.
When Is It Important To Give Your Business Partners The Respect They Deserve?
It is very important to give people the respect they deserve when they deserve it. And that is all the time. Would you want to be respected once a week or two times a week? Hell no, so with that say, you must treat people with the respect that you want from them. These are your business partners and you are growing an empire with them. You want them to be happy and you want them to feel like they are wanted and part of the team. Again how would you feel if you were treated less then that?
Check Out My Quick Video I Shot On Giving People The Respect They Deserve
Very powerful video That I really want you to watch carefully. After the video is done, I want you to tell me how you feel about this video and the content that is in it. This is something I feel no one is touching on because they feel it should be common sense. Will I am going to touch on it today my family and friends. Also please place a comment of a time where you did not get the respect and the recognition you deserved from your business partners.

This post is excellent and I agree we must always first give our respect in order to receive it back. People are always happy to get recognition for their hard work, and if you fail to show them respect, the cooperation might have disastrous outcome in the future.
Thank you for sharing this,Kareem!

Hi Kareem,
Excellent point. Sometimes, even some people don’t deserve to be respected, I still give it to them. Its not that I’m too kind. I just think that I should give it to them because I’m the one who have better understanding of the situation. But it still depends on the kind of situation.

Kareem,
We often forgot about this vital point. We have to respect others in order to get their respect. We tend to insist a respect from others without considering ourselves, whether or not we have given our respect to the others.

Great post Kareem,
A little recognition can go a long way, especially when someone is just starting out. This is especially important in terms of Social Media. A lot of people make a lot of claims which makes social proof extremely important.

Hey Kareem!
I really admire and appreciate your thoughts and firm examinations, your experiences are so loud and clear, you have nailed it.I must say every one needs a respect they deserve. It is very much important for any business owner to give proper respect deserved and personal recognition to there business partners and working team for the better growth of empire.Your mother is absolutely right and very much attached to the reality. We all need respect which we deserve, and if we need it then we have to understand that we should treat others like the same.Right now i am a business owner and I’m doing the same thing which you have preached here, because when i was in the job before i faced it a lot and that’s why now I’m making it right for my business partners and teams.I’m giving them a complete respect they deserve.Thank you for sharing your valuable thoughts with us.
Thank You and God Bless!!

I agree totally with what you say in the video Kareem. Just as recognition and respect are important in any workplace, it is particularly important between partners in business. It costs nothing to provide this so this is something that all businesses should take on board.

Great post Kareem. I have been in the position you described, where I was not adequately recognized for my contributions and accomplishments. It happened when I was working along side another not so nice person, who manipulated the facts to come out getting all the credit for a project we both worked on. It left a very sour taste in my mouth. The good thing is that I got over it…
